Where are you located?

We left Mutual Mall and moved to a new location in June 2019. We are located at 1747 Barton Avenue, West Bend, WI 53090. This is right next to Sandy's Barton Cafe and we share a building with Crimson Cowl next to us.
Do you have parking?

Yes! There are a few spots of street parking in front but we also have parking in the back. Just enter next to the building and park in back. We have a back entrance. Follow the signs inside once you enter and you will find us!
Are you handicapped accessible?

Our front entrance is not handicapped accessible, unfortunately. We do have a ramp at our back entrance, though. If you need the ramp, we recommend that you park in our parking lot behind the building. We share a bathroom with the other businesses in the building and it is handicapped accessible. We strive to make our studio as handicapped accessible as possible and try to keep our floors relatively clear of obstructions. If you have any specific need, please let us know and we will strive to accomodate you.
Do you have a bathroom?

Yes! We share a bathroom with the other businesses located in the building.
Do I have to pay upfront for classes/therapy/workshops/parties or can you bill me?

This depends on some factors so please contact us about your specific situation. Usually, though, prepayment is required for workshops, parties, and classes that require us to have certain supplies ready for you. For ongoing classes or therapy sessions, we may send out invoices depending on how the classes or therapy sessions are paid for.
Do you accept insurance, Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) waiver, IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct), etc for Art Therapy or Therapeutic Art Classes?"

We are not able to accept insurance for our services at this time. Because of this, we try to keep our prices reasonable so that people who need our services can afford them. We can accept the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) waiver for art therapy sessions for children and IRIS for the therapeutic art classes we offer for adults. If there is an outside payee, we can also send invoices for therapy or therapeutic classes to this agency. Please let us know what you require for payment when signing up.
